It's been an incredible fall will interviews conducted with 27 amazing participants from across Canada, the USA and Australia! Preliminary findings are that we are a resilient, proud, engaged, and feminist community, and it feels like a community. I'm in the midst of coding and will be producing three doctoral portfolio pieces by June 2010. Stay tuned for more information and outcomes and ways to be involved. If 2020 just yields this incredible thoughtful, reflective insight into the experience of gender non-conforming, non-binary, queer, butch, dykes in the workplace - a group of 27 amazing individuals. I can say without question that having completed this research, good, good things came from this otherwise hard year. My sincere thanks to all who participated in some of the best conversations I've had in my lifetime. You know who you are and you rock.
